Flow from order to delivery



1.How to order

When your favorite items are found on each product page, please push the button to add to the cart and put the item in the cart. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us via phone or inquiry form. Please follow the instructions on the page, enter your ordering information and addressee information, please choose the desired settlement method and delivery method.

2.Notification of the amount and the delivery date

When your order is confirmed, we are sending an e-mail about "ordering" separately from the automatically sent mail after ordering. Delivery date, amount of money etc. are stated, so please check.

about shipping cost

Products will be delivered by EMS. Shipping fee differs depending on product weight and delivery area. When you enter an addressee, the shipping fee is calculated automatically. Please pay the shipping fee in addition to the item price.

3.About payment method

Paypal (credit card transaction) is available. If you do not have a Paypal account, please create an account on the official website.If payment with Paypal can be confirmed, we will ship the item.

4.About the return of goods

Product should be opened immediately after delivery and please confirm. If there was any incompleteness in the item you delivered, please contact us by phone though it is sorry for troubling you. Regarding returned goods correspondence, we will make it within seven days after goods arrival.

About returns by customer's convenience

Regarding returned goods due to customer's convenience, we accept it only when you contact us within 7 days after arrival without using it. Please contact us within 7 days after delivery from phone or inquiry form. Shipping fee when returning, thank you at the customer 's expense.
