植木鉢の植物（主に樹木）の植え替えのために購入しました。樹木等の硬い根を切ったりほぐしたりするのに使える小型のナイフを探していました。通常サイズの山菜堀ナイフだと植え替え作業には大きすぎると感じる場合がありますので小型サイズのものを探していました。ケースも付いており使い勝手も良いと思います。ガンガン根をほぐしたいときは通常サイズのナイフで、少し細かい部分や小型の鉢ではミニサイズでの作業が良いと思います。
